1.1 食 益 補 （ 香 港 ） 有 限 公 司 （ 以 下 簡 稱 「 本 公 司 」 ） 尊 重 所 有 瀏 覽 此
網 站 （ 以 下 簡 稱 「 本 網 站 」 ） 及 登 記 使 用 本 網 站 所 提 供 之 服 務 的 人 士 的

2.4 當 收 集 個 人 資 料 之 目 的 仍 適 用 ， 個 人 資 料 將 被 繼 續 保 存 。 因 此 ， 即
使 已 取 消 在 本 網 站 之 登 記 ， 本 公 司 仍 可 繼 續 傳 送 市 場 推 廣 資 料 予 網 站 使

PRIVACY POLICY
1. GENERAL
1.1 Cerebos (Hong Kong) Limited ("Cerebos") respects
the privacy rights of all visitors to this web site ("the
Site") and of all users who register for services provided
on the Site. Certain personal data are collected by Cerebos either
when users register for services provided on the Site, or when
visitors activate certain functions on the Site.
1.2 All personal data collected on the Site by Cerebos or otherwise
in connection with the Site are treated in accordance with this
Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy)
Ordinance (Cap. 486).
1.3 Personal Data collected on the Site or otherwise in connection
with the Site shall be stored in the server of the Site which
is located in Singapore.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT
2.1 Personal
data are collected by Cerebos on the Site in order to allow Cerebos
to provide services to users registered on the Site and to visitors
to the Site alike ("Site Users").
2.2 Personal
data collected by Cerebos from Site Users may also be used to:
- undertake
any dealings or transactions with Site Users;
- send Site
Users marketing material, including but not limited to hard
copy and soft copy brochures and e-mail notifications;
- design
services for Site Users and put together Site Users profiles;
- conduct
research and analysis, such as research which would determine
which areas are not meeting the needs of Site Users and/or research
which would determine general patterns and trends of consumption
and would assist Cerebos in improving its customer service and
products;
- perform
statistical analysis of Site Users' behaviour and characteristics
in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas
of the Site and provide this information to advertisers together
with information as to the number of users that have been exposed
to or clicked on their banners;
- customise
pages for Site Users and put together Site Users recommendations
and select customised products for Site Users;
- notify
Site Users of special offers or new services on the Site;
- make such
disclosure under the requirements of any such law binding on
Cerebos;
- enforce
any legal or other rights Cerebos may have against a Site User
in any manner that Cerebos sees fit;
- make such
disclosures as may in Cerebos' opinion be required for any of
the above purposes;
- conduct
contests or competitions on the Site;
- purposes
relating thereto.
2.3 Personal data supplied by Site Users will be retained by Cerebos
and will be accessible to Cerebos' employees and other persons
or bodies corporate engaged by Cerebos or associated with Cerebos
for or in relation to any of the purposes listed at 2.2 above.
Personal data may be transferred to any of the following: third
parties including but not limited to Cerebos advertisers, associated
companies, or contractors, agents or other third party service
providers who provide services for Cerebos in connection with
the operation of Cerebos' business.
2.4 Cerebos
shall retain personal data for as long as the purpose for which
such data was collected continues. Accordingly, Cerebos may continue
to contact Site Users with marketing information even after their
registration on the Site is cancelled. Site Users who wish to
opt out from receiving marketing information from Cerebos are
invited to send an e-mail to this effect to the Personal Data
Officer at the e-mail address detailed below at paragraph 3.2.
3. RIGHT
OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA
3.1 All Site
Users shall have the right to:
- have access
to personal data held by Cerebos;
- request
correction of the information;
- be informed
of action taken in response to any such request;
- request
that there be attached to the information a statement which
the respective customer can supply to Cerebos relating to the
fact that the customer has requested a correction.
Cerebos may
charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access
and/or correction request.
3.2 Access or correction
requests can be made by e-mailing the Personal Data Officer at careline@cerebos.com.hk
or by sending the request in writing to the following address: Personal

4. RIGHTS
IN INFORMATION PROVIDED
4.1 All information
other than personal data sent or posted on the Site by Site Users
will be considered voluntarily provided to Cerebos on a non-confidential
and non-proprietary basis. Cerebos may, at its option, use, reproduce,
disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast and/or post elsewhere such
information freely. Cerebos may also disclose such information
to any Cerebos holding, subsidiary or associated company.
5. SAFETY
OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Cerebos
shall treat all personal data collected on the Site as confidential
and shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that personal
data collected on the Site or otherwise in connection with the
Site are stored in a secure and safe place.
5.2 Cerebos
may use cookies and/or click trails on the Site in order to:
- personalise
pages of the Site for its Site Users
- build
online Site Users profiles
5.3 A cookie
is a small amount of data sent by Cerebos' server to Site Users'
browsers when they visit the Site. Cookies may also be used to
assist Cerebos in understanding Site Users' interest in the Site.
